North Coast Lighting Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from North Coast Lighting and would like to return the product in “like new” condition, with the original packaging, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt.

Requesting a Return
Request a Return Goods Authorization Number/Form from our Customer Service Department by calling (206) 442-1880 or e-mailingreturns@nclighting.com. A Return Specialist will email you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to return the product, along with a shipping label, and return instructions.

Pack merchandise for return in the original box with original packaging material. Follow the return instructions sent to you by your Return Specialist. Use the return label provided.
We urge you to use a carrier that will provide both a tracking number, as well as a signature that the item was confirmed delivered.
Email your RGA number and tracking number to us at returns@nclighting.com. A Return Specialist will check on the status of your return. 

Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents, packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, we will refund your credit card.  Return shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have not received credit within 14 days from the date of delivery to the warehouse, please contact our Customer Service Department at (206) 442-1880 or email us at returns@nclighting.com

Restock Charge
Special Order returns and returns of large quantities may be subject to a 50% restock charge. These transactions will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact a Customer Service Specialist at customerservice@nclighting.com for more information.

Items not eligible for return:    
  • Clearance items
  • Any item that has been installed, wires clipped or modified in any way
  • Any item that is not in resalable condition
  • Any item not accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number
  • Any item that is not in the original box with original packaging materials
  • Made to order items

Damaged or Defective product
If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping or a product that is defective from the manufacturer, please contact our Return Specialist immediately for a refund or exchange at (206) 442-1880 or email us at returns@nclighting.com.
