All matters related to the provision or use of this website shall be controlled by the law of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any applicable law of the United States of America. The exclusive venue for the resolution of any dispute relating to this website is Superior Court of the State of Washington for King County or, as applicable, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. The prevailing party in any litigation relating to the use of this website shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees in that litigation, including any appeal.
